POW Reflection:
Problem of the Week Reflection: How have problems of the week helped you grow mathematically? (Communicate ideas, breakdown problems, organize information, develop a growth mindset around mathematics)
Problems of the week have helped me grow mathematically. One of the ways that POWs have helped me grow is communicating mathematical information in different ways. For example, for some problems I made a table to examine information and for others I needed to draw diagrams. I believe that this improvement is shown through my progress in the Problems of the Week. For my first couple of POWs, I struggled with explaining my process, however after working on more POWs, my ability to articulate mathematical information in words has improved. Nevertheless this skill could and hopefully will still be refined.
